Items should be returned to Journey within 15 days of the shipping date unused and in perfect condition. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped to the address above.

If your order was damaged in shipping, claims are filed directly with the shipper. Please keep the original shipping container and all the contents including shipping material for the claim adjuster.
